Our Approach
Our focus is to give the young horses the best possible start in life to allow them success and longevity in sport. We value the importance of good horse management, with the aim of achieving health and wellness both physically and mentally. We believe that progressive flatwork training within a classical framework is fundamentally important to the horse's development. We can tailor our training to your requirements for your horse. Our aim is simply to give each horse the best chance of reaching their potential in sport.
Better Surfaces
The arena surface is sand and white fibre equipped with a state of the art surface irrigation system along with a pop up irrigation system. The horses consistently have good surface to exercise and jump on which is absolutely vital. The sand/fibre/water mix reduces strain on joints and provides stable, safe and consistent surface.
On Site Shows
With BS shows on site, we can easily educate the young horses in a show environment. Regular on site shows can allow the horses consistency if necessary and the huge collecting ring is perfect for starting off the youngsters in a relaxed space.
Exceptional Facilities
We have access to unparalleled facilities for both showjumping and eventing. This allows us to produce the horses well with everything we need on our doorstep, removing the barriers to what is best for the horse.
Equine Swimming Pool
The pool is perfect for horses recovering from injury whilst also providing preventative benefits and increasing fitness in horses in full work. It offers weightless exercise beneficial for horses with ligament injuries, tendon injuries and stress fractures.
Small Scale Management
With only a small selection of horses, we can keep the quality of care high and with one rider, the horses will benefit from consistency and continuity.
Training Variation
We think that variation is good for horse progression and enjoyment of their work. Whether it is a canter up the gallops, long hack or a trip to the river, we can keep the horses stimulated and happy.
